Returns & Refunds

You may apply for an unconditional return within 7 days (including the 7th day) from the date of receipt. The 7-day period starts from the day after you sign for the goods.

Return the Product: You need to send the product back to the address we provided within 3 working days after receiving the return information, and keep the delivery receipt for the return. Please ensure the safety of the product during transportation; damage to the product during transportation may affect the refund process.
Inspection and Refund: After we receive the returned product and confirm it is undamaged, we will refund the paid product price to you within 7 working days. The refund method will be the same as the payment method you used when purchasing the product.
